HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A VIRTUAL PROGRAM?

We are currently using Eventbrite for all online program registrations. Please select the program you are interested in from the TBG website and click on the “register” button to be directed to Eventbrite. Links to register are also provided through our social media posts as well as on our newsletters. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram or sign up for our FREE Garden Enewsletter… Subscribe Today!

Advance registration is required for all events and attendees and online registration closes one hour prior to the program start time. Full payment must accompany each registration. Please register early to claim your spot!

Please note: The Toronto Botanical Garden reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrolment. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

I CAN’T FIND MY ZOOM LOG IN DETAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Zoom log-in details are sent two days and one hour prior to a virtual program. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder and/or make Eventbrite a trusted site to ensure that you receive these reminder emails.

I CAN’T LOG INTO ZOOM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure that you have downloaded the Zoom app (for computer or smartphone). Refer to our Zoom Best Practices document for help troubleshooting.

I CAN’T ATTEND A LIVE SESSION. ARE RECORDINGS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ONLINE PROGRAMS?

Due to concerns over privacy and copyright, online programs will not be recorded. We may consider recording programs when we have a safer and more secure way of sharing material; however, future recordings will only be made with instructor or presenter permission.
