Washroom: On the main floor there are accessible washrooms of the lobby beside the library.
Elevator: There is an elevator that provides access between the first and second floor. The elevator is located in the hallway between the library and Garden Hall on the main floor, and at the top of the stairs on the second floor.
Wheelchair loans: There is one wheelchair available that can be signed out during your visit. Please call 416-397-1341 to reserve in advance.
Earplugs: Earplugs are available at the welcome/information desk and are complimentary upon request.
Support Person: Any person hired or chosen to accompany you to provide you with essential services is welcome. The support person who accompanies a patron with special needs is eligible for a complimentary ticket/admission. Support person tickets/admission are subject to availability. Surface parking: Accessible parking is available near the front entrance to the building. There are 10 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sensory Backpack: There is one sensory backpack that can be signed out during your visit. The backpack includes headphones, sunglasses, and fidget toys that assist individuals with sensory processing disabilities to better filter out external stimuli (such as loud sounds; bright lights). Please call 416-397-1341 to reserve in advance.
