Gary Smith comes this fanciful and temporary installation in the southwest corner of the TBG called "Stooks & Punes". Created entirely from cuttings and prunings from the gardens, these are the "stooks", sheaves of bound ornamental grasses meant to evoke Canada's agricultural history. More than 300 volunteer and staff hours went into the creation of Stooks & Punes, which is intended as a precursor to the TBG's new Children's Garden.")
