Lemon Balm Tea

Lemon balm is well-known for treating anxiety and is also seen as a relaxant. It also helps fight headaches and reduces insomnia.

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 teaspoons dried lemon balm
  • 1 cup of water

To Make the Tea

Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried lemon balm in one cup of boiling water. Let steep until it is cool enough to drink.
