Book a Guided Tour

Get the most out of your garden visit by booking a guided tour led by our knowledgeable volunteer guides.

Tours are offered from mid-May through to early October. 3 tours to choose from, see description below.

Pre Concert Tours – A 60-minute FREE tour of the Toronto Botanical Garden and Edwards Gardens before the FREE Edwards Summer Music Series, every Thursday from July through August. This guided walk will take you through the beautiful themed gardens and a stroll into the beloved Edwards Gardens. You’ll learn about the history of these gardens and all about pollinators, the plants on display, and the ecology of this area.

Toronto Botanical Garden and Edwards Gardens – A 90-minute tour including a guided walk through the beautiful themed gardens and a stroll into the beloved Edwards Gardens. You’ll learn about the history of these gardens and the beautiful selection of plants, pollinators, and ecological aspects.

Fees: Adult $20, Senior (65+) $10, Students (12+) $10

Ravine Tour – A 90-minute tour including a guided walk through the Wilket Creek Ravine to discover the beauty and also the challenges faced by urban green spaces.

Health and Safety Guidelines

  • The Garden will follow Toronto Public Health guidelines that are in place at the time of the tour.
  • Pre-registration is required to ensure we can communicate any last-minute changes in the schedule and for contact tracing purposes.
  • Public washrooms and hand sanitizers are available onsite.

Every effort will be made to deliver tours as scheduled; however, they may be canceled due to inclement weather or last-minute changes (e.g. tour guide cancellation).

All proceeds from these tours support the Toronto Botanical Garden, a charitable organization.
