If your child is wild about animals, this is the camp for them. Campers will discover and mimic the lives of wild urban animals by engaging in fun outdoor games. They will dip nets into the shallow Wilket Creek in search of minnows and other small water creatures, and enjoy a visit from some wild friends! Ages: 8 to 10

ZimSculpt ZimSculpt

Back for its second year, the outdoor art exhibition “ZimSculpt” showcases hundreds of stone sculptures by many of Zimbabwe’s most renowned contemporary artists. Admission is free and all sculptures are available for purchase. The exhibition runs from June through September 2019.

The works are chiseled, hand-carved, sanded and polished by artists who draw upon a wide variety of inspiration. From dramatic modern styling praised by Henry Moore, to more contemplative “village” pieces that capture African life, these sculptures project a vibrancy that has captivated audiences around the world. The setting of Toronto’s most beautiful garden for this great art highlights the beauty of both.

Exhibition runs June 28 – September 8, 2019.
