January 17 @ 10:00 am – February 21 @ 11:00 am
You will practice standing movements designed to increase balance, agility, alignment, and strength. These exercises are gentle and thoughtful, focusing on whole-body movement to prevent pain, falls, and all-around creakiness. You will feel great after an hour of a little moving, a little stretching, a little weight work, and a whole lot of fun.
Tuesdays, January 17 to February 21, 2023 (6 Sessions), 10 to 11 a.m.
If you are interested in a Trial Class, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
