Cancellations
Refunds for classes, workshops, and certificate programs, will only be offered, up to ten (10) days prior to the program start date, less a 25% administration fee. Withdrawals less than 10 days from the start of the program are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend, tickets for adult programs can be transferred. Please email us at programsupport@torontobotanicalgarden.ca for any ticketing changes. If you are making a last-minute day-of change, you can share your ticket with individual. On arrival they will be asked to provide the name of original ticket holder and the of the individual attending.
In the event that the Toronto Botanical Garden cancels a program, attendees will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
Code of Conduct
By registering as a participant in a program at the Toronto Botanical Garden, you agree to communicate with all attendees, presenters, and moderators in a respectful, inclusive manner that is absent of harassment, violence, racism, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
That behaving contrary to the Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal from the Toronto Botanical Garden program without refund or compensation.
