Yoga at the Garden – June

Join yoga4good to practice gentle hatha yoga at the garden. Stretch, breathe, and meditate.. All levels are welcome to share in this ‘Revitalize & Calm’ class focusing on the moving with the breath in order to stretch, destress and energize. Afterwards, you are invited enjoy a walk around the TBG taking in the sights and smells of the garden in bloom Participants must bring their own towel, yoga mat and water bottle. Beginners welcome.
Wednesday, June 7, 14, 21, and 28, 9 to 10 a.m.
Public $96, TBG Members $77 (plus applicable taxes and fees)
About Arti Meyers
Arti has practiced for most of her life, with yoga being an anchor that kept things in check during a busy life with 3 children and 7 international moves. Upon returning home, she formalized her yoga training and founded yoga4good, a not-for-profit where all proceeds go to local & global charities. Her teaching style emits a joyful energy with a compassionate and calming delivery, focused on the breath.
