Yoga at the Garden

Join yoga4good to practice gentle hatha yoga outdoors in the Garden. Beginners welcome. Stretch, breathe, and meditate as you take in the sights and smells of the garden in bloom. Participants must bring their own towel, yoga mat, and water if desired. The class will move indoors if the weather is inclement. All levels are welcome.
Thursdays, June 9 through June 30, 10:15 a.m. (4 sessions)

This is an Adult Education program at TBG. All participants must be 16+.
