Pick up your nature passport at the Visitor Centre to embark on a Scavenger Hunt across the Toronto Botanical Garden, Wilket Creek Ravine and Teaching Garden in Edwards Gardens. Complete a series of activities to claim your special prize!

10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Immerse yourself in Essense of the Garden: Plein Air Art Exhibition + Sale, featuring over 70 original artworks from 27 talented local artists. The exhibition opens October 4 and runs until October 18.

1 to 2 p.m.
Live music with Ken Whiteley
Ken has won many awards (CFMA, Maple Blues, Genie, Mariposa Lifetime Achievement, etc.), changed the course of children’s music with Raffi and his own Junior Jug Band, shared stages and recordings with Pete Seeger, John Hammond Jr., Stan Rogers and countless others and written over 400 songs. He is a powerful singer, a stellar multi-instrumentalist and deeply versed in blues, gospel and a broad range of traditional folk styles. With over 50 years of performing and touring across North America and 35 albums, he continues to grow and evolve as an artist. His latest recordings include 2 Canadian Folk Music Award nominees (2022, 2024). His performances celebrate our many connections with each other and the natural world using the power of music and singing together.

Circus performance with Artists’ Play Dance + Circus Arts.
Always dreamed of running away with the circus? Enjoy this circus performance that demonstrates the art, strength and humour of circus arts.
Artists’ Play is a performing arts school in the heart of Leslieville that provides enriching dance and circus experiences for all ages. Recreational and competitive classes are offered for children, youth and adults. Arisits’ Play offers professional-level instruction in a joyful and creative atmosphere.
