Petal to Paper: Paper Cherry Blossom Workshop
April 14 @ 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
Beautiful Cherry Blossoms arrive in early Spring but to our dismay the blooms are so short. Join paper artist Nancy Lalicon for the “Paper to Petal: Cherry Blossoms Workshop” to create your own bouquet of flowers which will last much, much longer.
In this 4-hour session, participants will learn to create lifelike Cherry Blossoms in two shades of pink. Nancy will guide you through constructing the flowers using precut petals and leaf templates. You will have the opportunity to make as many branches as you wish. Discover the art of paper floristry and leave with your own stunning creations.
Optional Items To Bring:
- Vase to keep your floral creation in
- Sharp scissors (4”-5”)
- Preferred tools such as long nose pliers or wire cutters
- Additional colouring materials
Tuesday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be a 30-minute break for lunch. We recommend bringing a lunch as there are limited options nearby.
Public $67, TBG Members $57 (plus applicable taxes and fees)
