About Pat de Valence
Pat de Valence has been gardening in the Greater Toronto Area for 35 years. She got her start in gardening when a business colleague urged her to consider taking gardening courses at the TBG, which she put into practice in her tiny townhouse lot. Pat is now building her 3rd garden on a 1/2-acre plot on the Oak Ridges Moraine. She is a keen student of garden design and has toured several famous gardens to see what idea she could adapt to her own garden.
