
Keep Fit in Fall (6 sessions)

Get your body moving and feeling good! This class combines gentle, full-body exercises that boost your balance, agility, strength, and posture—all while helping prevent pain, stiffness, and falls. With a mix of stretching, light weights, and mindful movement, you’ll leave feeling stronger, looser, and more energized. It’s an hour of movement that’s as fun as it is good for you.

Tuesdays, September 9-October 14, 2025 10 to 11 a.m (6 sessions).
Registration: Public $90, TBG Member $72 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

About Tena van Andel
Tena van Andel is a certified Level II 3-D Workout™ instructor who wants to keep all of us moving till we’re 102. She enjoys volunteering for the Toronto Master Gardeners and is busy rewilding a 19th-century rundown farmhouse, fondly referred to as her ‘estate’.
