Also, don’t miss visiting the Weston Family Libary which will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and browse Canada’s largest privately held botanical and horticultural collection.
WARM VIBES
Cozy up around the outdoor firepit, and roast some marshmallows. S’more kits can be purchased from the Garden Shop. We’ve also curated a Winter Blooms Spotify Playlist for your enjoyment.
GIANT TERRARIUM
This 17′ human-size terrarium will be filled with tropical plants and will host a series of warming experiences throughout the festival. Don’t miss your opportunity to experience this indoor oasis. Inquire to book this unique space for a private event or classes with seating for up to 12 guests
GRAB A BITE
Recharge by grabbing a snack from the food trucks or the TBG Bloom Cafe, serving up hot beverages and light bites for post and pre-shopping noshing on the second floor with dining and relaxed seating surrounded by tropical plants.
SUSPENDED LANDSCAPE
Canadian embroidery artist Amanda McCavour reimagines the Toronto Botanical Garden’s soaring second-floor mezzanine as a field of floating flowers, blending fantasy and document, imagination, and observation. The installation shifts the perspective of a traditional prairie, inviting viewers to walk underneath—rather than through—a floating field of flowers.
