Guided Breathwork Experience: Connection
May 14 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Toronto Botanical Garden has partnered with Mira Kopanarov, a Storyteller and Artist, to offer a six-month breathwork experience program for creative transformation. Each class is independent and tailored towards gradual body and mind care. You can register for as many or as few as you like.
The Guided Breathwork Experience program at the Toronto Botanical Garden uniquely combines breath with storytelling, movement, and nature to create a healthy and creative journey into the new year. Each class’ focus will be different, progressively allowing your awareness and body to be healthier and energized. The facilitator will help you with grounding, emotional resilience, community support, and ultimately cultivating freedom and confidence in all areas of life through day-to-day practices.

Connection , will be an opportunity to embrace the new season with gratitude. During the class, you will gain space and time to connect to a deeper source of inspiration. The hurried life and “always on-the-go” mentality leaves little room for being present with larger awareness.
Astronauts call this experience the “overview effect”. A unifying connection that gives a perspective and calmness that, can change your life.
The connections with nature, each other,, and our bodies start with a deep sense of belonging and during this class you will discover how to practice it daily.
The breathwork class includes meditation, creative practice, active breathing for 40 mins, and movement. The session is complimented by organic teas and healthy snack. 2+ hours.
May is a blossoming month when inspiration, colours and fragrant opportunities are all around us. The perfect opportunity to look a little deeper into the beauty of it all and draw inspiration and practice. The class will leave you connected, calm and grateful with a sense of belonging.
