Join us for a transformative experience, where you’ll find inner peace and relaxation.

Toronto Botanical Garden has partnered with Mira Kopanarov, a Storyteller and Artist, to offer a six-month breathwork experience program for creative transformation. Each class is independent and tailored towards gradual body and mind care. You can register for as many or as few as you like.

The Guided Breathwork Experience program at the Toronto Botanical Garden uniquely combines breath with storytelling, movement, and nature to create a healthy and creative journey into the new year. Each class’ focus will be different, progressively allowing your awareness and body to be healthier and energized. The facilitator will help you with grounding, emotional resilience, community support, and ultimately cultivating freedom and confidence in all areas of life through day-to-day practices.

Awakening in January offers an opportunity to relax and reconnect with your body, and find clarity. The facilities are a welcoming land for grounding. The experience will leave you relaxed, in touch with your body and emotions and inspired for the year to come.

When our nervous system exits fight-or-flight, we access the creative power within ourselves. This power motivates us to move and paint outside the lines, creating masterpiece stories from our lives. When we are grounded and aware of our bodies and emotions, we come from a place of resilience and confidence. This is when routines stick, and you see results.

The breathwork class includes mediation, creative practice, active breathing for 40 mins, and movement. The session is complimented by organic teas and gifts to take home. The entire session lasts 2+ hours.

January is a month of reflection and grounding. When we come from a calm and inspired centre, everything is possible!

Sunday, January 26 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM.
