Join us for a transformative experience, where you’ll find inner peace and relaxation.

Breathwork is therapy for balancing the relationship between body and mind. Join Mira Kopanarov, a trained professional who will guide you in this experience where you will experience a deep connection and release emotional and physical blockages through practising a pre-set breathing style. Complemented by herbal tea (including Rosa Damascena, handpicked from the mountains of Bulgaria), the effects of the therapy will leave you relaxed and reduce the effects of stress and anxiety.

No prior experience is required. Participants please bring your yoga mat and eye mask; a small pillow and blanket are recommended.

Thursday, September 12 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Public $66, TBG Members $59 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

About Mira Kopanarov

Mira is a breathwork coach and communications specialist with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. Four years ago, following a personal journey through burnout, Mira pivoted her practice towards the transformative power of holistic communications. This shift aimed to create a nurturing environment for individuals and communities experiencing the consequences of the “burnout economy” and trauma. Through guided breathwork, mindfulness, and storytelling, Mira tackles issues like anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, imposter syndrome, and self-love deficiency. Her experiences lend her empathy and insight, driving her commitment to offering a safe, healing space for those seeking support.
