Join naturalist, forager and folk herbalist Nikki Satira, BEs, RH for a crash course in using herbs to support your immune system and help you fight off the common cold or flu. In this course you will learn about different herbs that will support you in getting healthy or staying healthy, exactly how they support you and how to use them. You will also learn how to make a few traditional folk remedies and go home with your own virus-fighting immune tonic.
