Carpet Beds

These carpet beds skilfully carry on the tradition of Victorian carpet bedding. They are planted and maintained by the City of Toronto’s Parks staff. They hold 15,000 plants and take five gardeners seven days to construct each year. The plants are tented and trimmed on a regular basis to precise uniformity.
