Learn more about the benefits of regenerative agriculture and how you can use them to grow fresh, healthy food in your community. Alexandra Powell from ClearWater Farm and John Montague from Glen Road Organics will discuss the Soil Food Web and provide an introduction to ClearWater Farm and their Young Agripreneur Program. This seminar will outline how you can work with the ecosystem to become a more efficient and effective grower. ClearWater Farm is now a not for profit in Georgina, Ontario that began as a one-family farm over 200 years ago. After seeing the effects on the soil by years of outdated practices Alex and John started working together to rejuvenate the soil through regenerative agriculture. They will share their knowledge which can be directly applied to your own home garden.
