NEW! Making your own preserves is a satisfying endeavor. In this hands-on workshop, students will make two delicious jellies using wine to take home and enjoy with friends and family. They will also gain a clear understanding of the canning process which includes sterilizing equipment, preparing the item to be preserved, and filling and heating jars. All skill levels welcome. Materials included in the cost.
