NEW! Nothing is more satisfying than making your own preserves, especially during the fall harvest. In this workshop, create two preserves: an antipasto and mixed peppers in oil to take home as well as a better understanding of the preserving process. All skill levels welcome. Materials included in the cost. Must register by Oct. 18.
