
Step into Spring (10 sessions)

Spring is the best time to walk outside – especially at the beautiful Toronto Botanical Garden. Our invigorating group morning walk will include tips on movement and gardening. Let’s start the day full of energy and inspiration!
Must be able to walk at a moderate pace, including steep inclines.
In case of severe weather, programming will be moved indoors.
Program Schedule
Tuesdays, April 22-June 24, 2025 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m (10 sessions).
Registration: Public $150, TBG Member $120 (plus applicable taxes and fees)
About Tena van Andel
Tena van Andel is a certified Level II 3-D Workout™ instructor who wants to keep all of us moving till we’re 102. She enjoys volunteering for the Toronto Master Gardeners and is busy rewilding a 19th-century rundown farmhouse, fondly referred to as her ‘estate’.
