Guided Breathwork Experience: Confidence
April 24 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Toronto Botanical Garden has partnered with Mira Kopanarov, a Storyteller and Artist, to offer a six-month breathwork experience program for creative transformation. Each class is independent and tailored towards gradual body and mind care. You can register for as many or as few as you like.
The Guided Breathwork Experience program at the Toronto Botanical Garden uniquely combines breath with storytelling, movement, and nature to create a healthy and creative journey into the new year. Each class’ focus will be different, progressively allowing your awareness and body to be healthier and energized. The facilitator will help you with grounding, emotional resilience, community support, and ultimately cultivating freedom and confidence in all areas of life through day-to-day practices.

Confidence in April will be a class focusing on finding strength and calmness to leap into what you have been working and hoping for. Throughout life, when challenges arise, or we are hurt, we build walls and limiting beliefs about ourselves and others to shelter. Fear creeps in and becomes the biggest obstacle to success, whatever success means in your heart.
In a world, where technology and environments change before our eyes, we can lose confidence in our abilities and creative potential. Confidence is a healthy and grounding way to pursue all that you are longing for.
In this class, we will work with the breath, movement and stories to illuminate the limiting beliefs, and tap into your power so you can conquer and enjoy every day.
The breathwork class includes mediation, creative practice, active breathing for 40 mins, and movement. The session is complimented by organic teas and healthy snack. 2+ hours.
April is a beautiful month to observe nature and see the confidence in each stem coming through the defrosting soil. By drawing wisdom and practice from the shared experience of life, the class will provide you with daily practice and enable prosperity in mindset and action.
Thursday, April 24 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
