Chamomile Tea

While chamomile is a gentle herb, it is still highly effective. The chamomile flower holds high amounts of azulene oil, which has anti-inflammatory properties. This tea is often used to reduce anxiety and calm the mind for sleep.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar or sweetener for taste

To Make the Tea

Boil chamomile flowers in the water for 15-20 minutes. Strain and add sugar or sweetener to taste.

*The longer it steeps the more bitter it will taste.
