Got a gardening question? Want to taste different kinds of honey? Or, how about purchasing an early blooming hellebore plant for your own garden?
You can accomplish all of these at the TBG’s booth at Canada Blooms 2018 where there’s always a Toronto Master Gardener on hand with solid gardening advice, the Botanical Bar is set up with knowledgeable volunteers to help you distinguish a wildflower from a buckwheat sample and the hellebores are so popular that they had to be restocked by the fourth day.
Botanically themed items ranging from soaps, scarves and t-towels to books, mugs and umbrellas, all inspired by butterflies, birds and bees, are flying off the shelves. And, this is where you can find out about lectures, classes and events coming up at the TBG this spring and summer — including ZimSculpt, a touring exhibition of African sculpture which will be on view in the garden in August.
