Alan Li is an artist with a focus on nature. He supports conservation efforts through the sale of his artwork and is active in volunteering. Alan believes that drawing can open people’s eyes to the planet’s wondrous diversity and show them that it matters.

Allan currently pursues his own projects, teaches nature drawing workshops and collaborates with grass-roots environmental groups.

The market takes place YEAR-ROUND on Thursdays, 2 to 7 p.m. (The market moves indoors during the winter), ready-to-eat foods from 1 p.m.

Choose the freshest, healthiest foods, and meet organic vendors in one of Toronto’s most beautiful gardens. You’ll find salad greens all winter, vegetables, delicious ready-to-eat foods, free-range eggs and chicken, grass-fed beef, pork, lamb and chevon, cheeses, yoghurt and kefir, maple syrup, jams, honey, all-natural personal care products, soaps and candles, dried fruits and nuts, olive oil, kombucha and kimchi, oils and vinegars, breads, tempting sweets and savouries, gluten-free baked goods, and organic VQA wines.

Free parking is available on site. Toronto Master Gardeners are also on hand, providing an Advice Clinic.

TBG volunteer tour guides conduct 90-minute informative and engaging tours designed for people to gain a greater understanding of plants, natural landscapes, garden design and the history of Toronto Botanical Garden and Edwards Gardens.

Meet in the front of the building. No pre-registration is required.

**Please note these free tours are for individuals or small groups of up to 6 people only. Groups of 6 or more must pre-book as a private tour. Due to space restriction, groups attending with more than 6 people for the free tours may be turned away.

On Thursdays from June 29 through August  31, 2017 tour are one hour, ending just before the Edwards Summer Music Series Concerts.
