Join gifted instructor Janet Croken at our weekly yoga classes and experience the mental and physical relaxation that comes with regular yoga practice. Combining different yoga styles, these rejuvenating classes encourage a balance between endurance, strength and flexibility. Janet’s approach is warm, supportive and always appropriate to each individual’s physical concerns and flexibility level. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and towel.
