You’ve worked all year on your food garden – now its time to preserve the results! Learn the ancient art of making preserves to enjoy your harvest year-round. In this fun, hands-on class, we will discuss preserving basics and make fall harvest-based recipes such as zucchini relish, apple pie jam and chow-chow (green tomato relish) with some for you to take home! Bring a chopping board, knife and your favourite apron.
