Botanical Nerd Word: Anthropochory

Anthropochory: (from Greek: anthropos = human being + chorein = to disperse, to wander): dispersal of fruits and seeds by man.*

Taraxacum officinale (common dandelion) was introduced to North America by humans. It is now found growing all across the continent.
